Running the full growth engine for a Noida-based real estate brokerage. Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and a website migration from a JS-based site to WordPress.

The problem

Heritage Prime NCR is a real estate brokerage in Noida selling villas and plots across NCR. They had a JS-generated website that couldn't rank on Google, no CRM, no ad system, and were relying on portals and word-of-mouth for leads.

Budget was ready (30-40K per month to start) but there was no system to spend it through.

What we're building

Meta Ads: campaign structure for NCR property leads (geographic + interest targeting)

Google Ads: search campaigns for location-specific property keywords

SEO and AEO: WordPress migration from the current JS site, location pages, GBP optimisation

WhatsApp nurturing: automated 5-touch sequence from lead capture to site visit

CRM setup: lead pipeline from inquiry to booking

Weekly reporting and strategy calls

Status

Onboarded April 2026. First Meta campaign live within 10 days. WordPress migration and SEO foundation in progress. Measuring cost per qualified lead and cost per site visit as primary metrics.
