Business Development Manager

Freelance / CommissionRemote (India)

We need someone who can find D2C, real estate, and manufacturing businesses that need growth systems and start conversations with their founders. You are not selling a service. You are identifying businesses with real growth problems and connecting them to Vikrama.

What you will do

  • Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals, and your own relationships
  • Have initial conversations with founders and business owners
  • Qualify leads based on revenue range, vertical fit, and readiness to invest
  • Hand off qualified leads to the Vikrama team for audit and proposal
  • Follow up on warm leads and keep the pipeline moving

What we are looking for

  • Experience selling B2B services (marketing, tech, consulting) to Indian SMBs
  • Strong network in D2C, real estate, or manufacturing
  • Comfortable talking to founders and business owners directly
  • Self-motivated. No micromanagement. You set your own schedule.

Marketing & Sales Intern

Internship / 3-6 MonthsRemote (India)

Work directly with the founding team on real campaigns for real clients. Not a “learning experience” where you make PowerPoints nobody reads. You will touch live Meta Ads accounts, write real cold emails, research real prospects, and see real revenue results.

What you will do

  • Assist with Meta and Google Ads campaign setup and monitoring
  • Research and build prospect lists using Vibe Prospecting and LinkedIn
  • Help write and test cold email sequences in Smartlead
  • Support content creation for LinkedIn and the Vikrama blog
  • Track campaign performance and prepare weekly reports
  • Learn the full stack: ads, SEO, AEO, WhatsApp commerce, CRM

What we are looking for

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (marketing, business, communications, or related)
  • Comfortable with numbers. If you cannot read a spreadsheet, this is not the right fit.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing (you have run at least one ad or managed one social account)
  • Strong written English. No jargon. Clear sentences.
  • Available 20-30 hours per week for at least 3 months
