Saurabh Kumar

Saurabh runs the growth and execution side of Vikrama. He works directly with founders on D2C, real estate, and manufacturing engagements, shipping revenue systems that pair owned channels with paid acquisition and outbound. He led the CutePotatoIndia Shopify rebuild, the Heritage Prime NCR growth retainer, and the cold outreach system the studio runs on its own pipeline.

Before Vikrama, Saurabh shipped products across D2C and AI-native companies, hands-on across product, engineering, and growth. Currently building Dizios, the studio's operating system for fitness, alongside client work.
